| A $10 additional per person, per night charge applies for children over the age of ten and adults. |

| Tax |

| A 14.25% tax is not included in above rates. |

| Deposit |
|
| A first night deposit including tax is required to reserve your stay. Balance is due upon arrival. A 5% service charge will be added for use of American Express or Discover. |

| Cancellations |
|
| Cancellations received up to 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full return of deposit. Cancellations must be received
14 days prior to arrival or deposit is forfeited. |

| Cleaning Fee |
|
Guests are advised to follow the Guest Check Out list provided in each Cabin's, "Cabin Companion Guide."
A Basic Cleaning Fee is added to Guest's final invoice.
Basic Cleaning Fee:
Creekside Melodies Cabin, Dixie Dreamin Cabin, Laurel Cove Cabin, $50
Hidden Falls Cabin, $75
Cabins requiring additional cabin cleaning beyond Basic are subject to an additional $150 Deep Clean Fee. |

| Pets |
|
| We can not accept family pets. Please contact our Office for local kennels. |
|
|
|
| Smoking |
|
Telliquah Falls Log Cabins are NON-smoking environments. Smoking is permitted on outdoor porches and decks.
The use of smoking receptacles for debris is strongly encouraged. Guest are subject to a $150 additional Deep Clean Fee if warranted. |

| Damage Fee |
|
| A
$150 Damage fee may be incurred for damage to cabins
or property. It is at the discretion of Telliquah
Falls Log Cabins to allow organized gatherings with
unregistered persons at Guest Cabins. Organized
gatherings are prohibited unless permission is received
prior to registered Guest's arrival. Firearms and
all forms of fireworks are prohibited. A $150 Damage
Fee may be incurred for damage to cabins and/or
property. |

|
| Guests remaining in cabins after Check Out time will be charged $50 per half hour. Guests are invited to enjoy the property after Check Out. Parking is available at the Office. |
